Are You Saved?

In Romans 10:9-10 we find these words: “… if you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.”

Salvation is offered to all who believe in Jesus Christ, His life, His death and His resurrection. If you are unsaved or unsure, we invite you to respond to God’s love by praying this prayer aloud:

Lord God, I confess that I am a sinner. I have tried it my way, and it has not worked. I repent (turn from my sins) and acknowledge that Jesus Christ is my Lord and my Savior. I confess that He came from heaven and died on the cross for me. I believe in my heart that He was raised from the dead by Your power, sits at Your right hand, and intercedes on my behalf in all situations. As I accept the gift of Your only Son, my sins are forgiven and I am assured eternal life. I thank You for salvation and the indwelling of Your Holy Spirit. I am a new creation, I yield to Your direction and thank You for Your never-ending love and power. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
